These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the paki11 platform. By creating an account or using any paki11 service, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully before registering.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use paki11. Account holders are required to complete identity verification (KYC) confirming age and identity before withdrawals are processed.
Each individual may hold only one paki11 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
All bonuses offered by paki11 are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
Any attempt to exploit technical errors, use prohibited software, collude with other players, or manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
All accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved Pakistani payment methods. Transaction limits apply per the Cashier section of your account.
paki11 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 Age Requirement. Use of paki11 is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. paki11 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the 18+ requirement cannot be satisfied.
2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that their use of paki11 complies with all laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable within their jurisdiction. paki11 makes no representation that the Services are lawful in every jurisdiction. If you are uncertain whether online gaming is permissible under the laws applicable to you, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.
2.3 Single Account Policy. Each Player may register and maintain only one Account on paki11. The creation of multiple or duplicate accounts — whether by the same individual or on behalf of the same individual by a third party — is strictly prohibited. paki11 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and, where evidence of deliberate abuse exists, to forfeit the balances therein.
2.4 Accuracy of Registration Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must update their Account details promptly if any information changes. paki11 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.
2.5 Account Credentials. Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity conducted through a Player's Account while using correct login credentials shall be attributed to that Player, regardless of whether the Player personally initiated the activity. Players must notify paki11 immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their Account.
3.1 Verification Requirement. All paki11 Accounts are subject to identity verification under paki11's KYC policy. Players will be required to submit documentation confirming their identity, age, and — where applicable — the ownership of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
3.2 Accepted Documents. The primary identity document accepted for Pakistani players is a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC). paki11 may request additional documentation including, without limitation, proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement) and confirmation of payment method ownership.
3.3 Verification Timeline. paki11 will endeavour to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following receipt of satisfactory documentation. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will be held pending verification. paki11 bears no liability for delays in payment processing that result from a Player's failure to provide complete and accurate documentation in a timely manner.
3.4 Right to Request Further Documentation. paki11 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at the time of withdrawal. Refusal to provide requested documentation may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
4.1 Accepted Methods. paki11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed in the Cashier section of the platform, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. paki11 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Transaction Limits. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction. Limits may be adjusted for verified VIP and High Roller account holders at paki11's discretion.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. paki11 will process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Cashier section. Delays attributable to payment provider processing times are outside paki11's control.
4.4 Withdrawal Method Consistency. Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. paki11 reserves the right to request evidence of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Currency. All deposits and withdrawals are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a deposit is made via a payment method that operates in another currency, conversion to PKR will be applied at the rate determined by paki11 at the time of processing.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. paki11 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Players must not use the platform for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activity. paki11 reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where legally required to do so.
5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by paki11 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before the bonus — and any winnings derived from the bonus — may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus must be wagered thirty times in total).
5.3 Game Contributions. Different game types may contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at the highest rate. Table games, live casino games, and certain other titles may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Applicable contribution rates are published alongside the bonus terms for each offer.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.
5.5 Abuse of Bonuses. paki11 reserves the right to void bonus awards and recover bonus-derived winnings from any Player who, in paki11's reasonable determination, has abused the bonus system — including, without limitation, through coordinated betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, the creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, or any other behaviour inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
6.1 Game Results. The results of all casino games on paki11 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcomes of real-world game implements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) in a controlled studio environment. All results are final.
6.2 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, published in the paki11 Sportsbook Rules. In the event of technical failure, match abandonment, or other circumstances affecting the settlement of a bet, paki11 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account.
6.3 Technical Errors. In the event that a game result or payout is generated as a result of a technical malfunction, software error, or system fault, paki11 reserves the right to void the affected transaction. paki11 is not liable for any losses incurred by Players as a result of technical errors that were outside paki11's reasonable control.
6.4 Prohibited Conduct. Players must not use any automated software, bot, script, or other tool to interact with paki11's games or sportsbook. Players must not collude with other players or engage in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or deliberate exploitation of game errors. Breach of this clause will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
7.1 Player Responsibility. paki11 is an entertainment platform. All Players are responsible for managing their own gaming behaviour and ensuring that their participation in paki11's Services remains within their personal financial and psychological means.
7.2 Available Tools. paki11 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders at no charge: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, wager limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the Account Settings section of every paki11 account.
7.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to restrict their own access to paki11 may apply for self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, paki11 will not accept deposits from the affected Player and will not send promotional communications to the Player. Self-exclusion periods may not be reversed before their expiry.
7.4 Underage Gaming Prevention. paki11 strictly prohibits gaming by persons under 18 years of age. All accounts are subject to KYC age verification. Players who become aware that a minor has accessed or may have accessed paki11 using their account credentials must notify paki11 immediately.

8.1 Closure by Player. Players may request closure of their paki11 Account at any time by contacting paki11 support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out to the Player's registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements and the absence of outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
8.2 Suspension by paki11. paki11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — and to withhold, freeze, or forfeit associated funds — where paki11 reasonably determines that the Player has: (a) breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC; (c) engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the Platform; (d) created duplicate accounts; or (e) acted in any manner that is prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
8.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months or more may be classified as dormant. paki11 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published dormant account policy. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
9.1 All content on the paki11 platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, audio, and video, is the exclusive property of paki11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No Player or third party is granted any right, title, or licence to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any paki11 intellectual property without prior written authorisation from paki11.
9.2 The paki11 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of paki11. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, paki11 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform, even if paki11 has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
10.2 paki11's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any and all claims arising from the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 paki11 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond paki11's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Services. paki11 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from Platform downtime.
The collection, storage, and use of personal data by paki11 is governed by the paki11 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to paki11's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in Pakistan.
12.2 In the event of any dispute between a Player and paki11, the Player should first contact paki11 support with full details of the complaint. paki11 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable time. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, paki11 operates a formal dispute resolution procedure, details of which are available from paki11 support upon request.
12.3 Disputes concerning the outcome of individual games or bets must be raised with paki11 support within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. Claims raised after this period will not be considered.
13.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between paki11 and the Player with respect to the Player's use of the Platform.
13.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13.3 Waiver. paki11's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of paki11's right to enforce that provision on any future occasion.
13.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail.
13.5 Amendments. paki11 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
